The connections and contacts built up by the agency over decades allows us to work with individuals and organizations that serve the community in many ways. These include Councils on Aging, Elder Services, the VNA, the United Way, the town committees on disabilities, the CCRTA, Mass. Commission for the Blind, the Parkinson’s Educational Program, Cape Cod Community College, Cape Cod Healthcare, Joslin Diabetes Center, C.O.R.D., SHINE, the Red Cross, Senior Nutrition Programs, Consumer Assistance Council, and the Veterans Administration.

Town police and fire departments, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and schools, individuals and businesses looking for ways to assist members of the community who have visual impairments also call us for information. Also in that group are chambers of commerce, banks, restaurants, motels, bookstores, museums, children’s centers, libraries and more.
